1-The body structure of Romiter Machinery horizontal square-box boiler is out of the ordinary. which adopts national patent technology with independent intellectual property rights. No dead air in the boiler tube. Convection area cannot burn air-isolated plate and the fire resistant brick on the top cannot collapse, which increase service life of boiler and heat transfer oil.
2-Romiter Machinery square-box boiler may adopt three kinds of chain grate, i.e. :Chain belt type: with simple structure. low steel consumption, high air leakage efficient, high coal leakage volume. suitable to burn I II soft coal; Squama type: with uniform air distribution. lower coal leakage volume, running with rolling friction, low resisting force with endurance, easy and simple replacement of boiler grate, high steel consumption, and high cost, suitable to burn I 11 III soft coal.

3-Rolling type grate: burning coal in rolling mode, with high burnout rate, thoroughly treated side-sealed air, suitable to burn II III soft coal and coal gangue.

4-Adoption of automatic temperature control function is made to achieve stable heating and precise temperature adjustment, which may meet different requirements.

5-It adopts perfect running control and safety monitoring device with safety, reliability and easy operation.

6-Fast packaged or assembled for shipment with easy transportation, short installation period, and fast return of Investment.

7-The boiler features heat preservation performance with high-efficiency heat preservation material and state-of-the-art construction technology, lower radiating loss of boiler wall.

Why choose thermal fluid heater?


The choice between a steam system or a thermal fluid system is governed by the process requirements. The range or process temperature is a deciding factor. If the systems required temperature is above the freezing point of water (32°F) and below approximately 350°F, the choice is usually steam. However, if the required temperature is below 32°F or above 350°F, thermal fluid may be a better solution.
