Description of Coal Water Slurry Fuel Burner
Coal Water Slurry Fuel Burner belongs to turbulent burner. Turbulent burner adopts rotary jet design, have a larger spray divergence angle, which make the burner have a short gunshot and make the Coal-water slurry can be fired in a short furnace. There are recirculation zone inside and outside of the rotary jet, which will absorb high temperature flue gas and make sure the promptly fire of coal water slurry. The coal water slurry fuel is sprayed by central nozzle. Second compressed air become rotary airflow after through the axial adjustable hydro cyclones , forms a recirculation zone after getting out of nozzle and take the high temperature of the burner to the near nozzle, heat and ignite the coal-water slurry fuel. The first compressed air flow from the center hydro cyclones and combines with the second compressed air. This guarantees the burn process complete.
The coal-water has been widely used on 1t/h-20t/h boiler.
