The processing of feedwater must be qualified,which is important issue
to extend the service life and ensure the safety operation of gas steam
boiler.

The temperature of feedwater should be close to the furnace’s, preferably above 20 ℃.

The low water cut-off devices must be checked,cleaned and maintained
regularly.The water level controller must be cleaned at least once a
month,while, the water level indicator should be washed at least once a
day.The water level indicator should be washed at the highest water
level,the water level should not be below the lowest safe waterline
after rinsing,it can be cleaned repeatedly.

The regular operation of pollution discharge is needed,at least once a
day(class),after the pollution discharge,we should check that whether
the blow-down valve has the leakage,it must be excluded if it has the
phenomenon.

When the furnace was stopped without maintaining the pressure of
steam,the steam space of the boiler will produce negative pressure and
has air entrapment,so,the total steam valve should be opened first when
we begin to ignite again.

The fouling of smoke tube leads to the rise of the exhaust temperature,
so that the efficiency of gas steam boiler will reduce.Therefore,the
cover of front and rear door should be opened regularly to brush or blow
the fouling of smoke tube.
