17.2Mpa Oil Field Steam Injected Boiler is also called moisture steam generator or steam injected boiler, which is special equipment for thickness oil field exploitation. Boiler produce High temperature and high pressure steam to heat the raw oil under earth to reduce viscosity of thickness oil and increase the liquidity of thickness oil. This process will increase the raw oil production of oil field exploitation plant. For depth of oil well is less than 1200m, 17.2mpa steam pressure can meet the need, but for depth of oil well is beyond 1200-1800m, steam pressure of boiler must reach 21Mpa, for deeper oil well, higher steam pressure is needed

17.2Mpa Oil field steam inject boiler main parts introduction
Oil field steam inject boiler include “Drum” and “Furnace”, this boiler is different with power station boiler and normal boiler. This boiler doesn’t have steam pocket and header. Here, “Drum” refers to pressure bearing tube, pipe and pipe fitting; “Furnace” refers to combustion site
This boiler can be summarized as three stage (radiation, convection, transition); three system( water and steam system, combustion system, automatic control system; several parts ( heating, separate, filter); Three main accessory( Water feed pump, burner, air compressor).
